This eLearning Module aims to support ETB staff in their work with students and families from diverse social class, racial and ethnic backgrounds. It was developed on behalf of Education and Training Boards Ireland (ETBI) by Dr Anne Marie Kavanagh, Assistant Professor in Ethical and Intercultural Education from Dublin City University (DCU). The eLearning module aims to support ETB staff with the enactment of the ETBI Patrons' Framework on Ethos, specifically domain 4 - Equality.
